Tune into live Irish music from home (or wherever you are)!
Nothing can stop live music from reaching you this year on St. Patricks Day, at least not if you are on my mailing list 😉 The coronavirus may have interrupted all my plans (travel, concerts, etc) but it’s not going to stop me from playing music!
You’re invited to join me in one of the following livestreams tomorrow where I’ll be playing Irish tunes on the fiddle and singing songs from my temporary home in Northern Italy. They are spread over many timezones so find the best option for you, or join into all of them. Listed here in time zone order… all on St. Patrick’s Day, Tuesday, March 17th.

Lunchtime Live Irish Session in Italy

A few Irish musicians I play with in Italy will come together and share traditional Irish tunes and songs (one person at a time), have a chat and experiment with a Zoom session for the first time. Players and listeners welcome from any location! You can join anytime during the hour and leave anytime (no need to stay the full hour).

I will be performing a set of tunes and songs solo from the home where I am in quarantine in Italy. I will also be featuring some other musicians during the hour. It will be very casual and laid back. I will talk and interact with anyone who joins. Listeners welcome! You can join anytime during the hour and leave anytime.

Evening Online Concert with Colm O’Riain + band in California

This is still a TBD but we are working to coordinate some kind of live streamed concert in the evening hours on the west coast, which will be an ungodly hour for me in Italy, but if it happens, I will be there! I will follow-up later with details.
Feel free to spread the word and invite others to these streaming events. All are welcome!! I can fit up to 100 people in my Zoom room and unlimited on Facebook livestream.
